A peek into our life...

There hasn't been a ton going on the last few months so I don't really have anything exciting to blog about. It seems everyone else is going on fun vacations to warm places but that is probably because I am itching to go on vacation...sans kids preferably.

Anywho...this is what ee have been up to-
(I am doing this from my phone and the blogger app just changed on me so I don't know how it will turn out. Sorry if its all mixed up. Also I don't know how to put the words between pics so you will be getting my ramblings and then the pics)

Sadie had her 18 month check up last week. I know no mom enjoys taking their child to get shots but watching Sadie get shots is the saddest thing ever. The poor girl clings to me the second we walk into the doc's office. She won't let the doctor even get close to her without it turning into a wrestling match. She is a strong little monster and it takes me, the nurse and the doc to hold her down to give her shots. To keep Cambri entertained through all of this I gave her my phone to play with. She just happened to catch a few pics of the event. And yes I wore those clothes in public. I did not feel good that day and barely had the energy to put clothes on.

We spend lots of time playing pretend. Princesses in particular. Cambri has always loved to play dress up and Sadie wants to do whatever Cambri is doing. This picture is perfect cause it shows Cambri in her make believe world telling everyone what to do and Sadie is blurry cause she won't sit still long enough for my phone on my camera to get a decent pic of her.

The ballet pic is just because I think its cute:). Cambri is the one in the bright pink outfit.

And the last picture is about the best I can get of both the girls together. They are totally at the stage of goofy smiles and not looking at the camera. I have to make a total fool of myself to keep their attention and usually that still doesn't work.:)

After that exciting post I have come to the conclusion that indeed I need to go on vacation:)

I'm impressed; Cambri took some pretty good pictures of you two (without any heads being cut off, etc.)
I think we should plan a girls' weekend out of town, if our hubbies' schedules allow that.
