Everyday Life...

I have spent so much time putting together my new fitness blog that I have neglected keeping this one updated. Here are just a few fun pictures from this last week. Cams loves putting everything to bed. She goes around covering everything with blankets as she says "nie nie". In this picture we put all her puzzle pieces to bed plus a few other friends.
I had to use lots of gel to make this hairdo work, but this is documentation of Cams first braids. As long as I let her watch cartoons while we do her hair she will sit perfectly still for me.

Cambri was starting to get scared of water, or so I thought, so I signed her up for swimming lessons. Turns out she loves the water. She wants nothing to do with the activities we do in class though. She has her own agenda. If we even mention the word swimming she says "wa wa" and then insists that she put her swimming suit on. Last week she had it on by 9am even though lessons aren't until 5pm.

Everyday life here is good. We are just trying to stay busy and eagerly awaiting warmer temps so we can venture outside again.

I have started a new blog. It is a blog about fitness and nutrition. I am using it as a resource for my personal training clients, but I also want to open it up to anyone who wants a resource for exercise, nutrition and anything fitness related. Eventually I will be offering online personal training options and workout dvds. Once that is up and running I will explain more about it.

I am really excited about this new blog. I have people asking me all the time about fitness stuff and I think this will be a great way to share that information. I will be posting often, but please feel free to email me or comment on the blog if you have specific things you would like me to address.

Spread the word to friends and family and let us all join the journey to better health!

Makes a Momma Proud...

Our little Cams has been so much fun lately. Truly she is our entetainment. I am always amazed at how much love a mom can have for her baby. I will enjoy the days that she loves me back and thinks I am the best thing ever.

I can't get the format to work with me so the explanations for the pics come first and then the pics are at the no particular order.

Cams has turned into a little copycat. I had to take her to one of my group exercise classes the other day because the daycare girl didn't show up. She had a blast lifting weights with us. Now anytime she sees weights she wants to 'exercise'.

She also always has to wear sunglasses when mommy wears them. The best part is she knows she is cute. She will laugh when she puts them on until you pay attention to her.

She used to run from cameras. Now she knows exactly what to do. Yell cheese as loud as you can over and over again until someone takes her picture. I love her smile!!!

Cams has also become our little puzzle master. Her Grandma Tucker worked with her on her puzzles when we were home for Christmas and now she is the champ at putting them together. We even mix up all the pieces of different puzzles and she still figures them out. Like I said...makes a momma proud.

I love that she is finally getting some hair! In most of the pictures she has pigtails. They are still very small, but so cute. The only thing I don't like is that it makes her look more grown up. Her little bald head kept her looking like my baby.
